The Nautical Institute BC Branch Conference was a smashing success! With the theme of Arctic Shipping Challenges, attendees heard from some of the most authoritative experts on the subject followed by robust discussions on the issues. Angus Fedoruk, NIBC’s Chair, and Duke Snider, Past President of the Nautical Institute, provided welcome messages before handing the floor over to Tim Keane, Senior Manager - Arctic Operations and Projects, Fednav Limited, who did an outstanding job in leading speakers through a well-organized and relevant agenda.
