Call for papers:
We are looking for presentation proposals that address the following topics:
- Elevating quality services and customer service, including ticketing, mobile APPs, interior design and comfort.
- Training crew members and other employees to better address customer needs.
- Addressing safety and security issues, including cyber security, emergency procedures and fire safety.
- Application of new technologies in existing vessels, such as LNG, propulsion efficiencies, auxiliary power aspects, and retrofits.
- Recruiting with a focus on diversity, inclusion and equality.
